1. Cancellation after confirmation of orders will not be entertained.
2. Please allow 1 - 3 weeks for your goods to be ready after confirmation of order is done. This is due to all of our collections are 100% hand-made.
3. We will refund the amount paid if the order is cancelled due to unavailability of goods.
4. Shipping cost will be charged to buyer after goods were sent. We will send a copy of shipping receipt and a link to pay the fee to your email.
5. All payments are done using paypal service. We don't save any of your billing informations include credit card information. Paypal is free, fast and secure payment method. You must have a paypal account to buy our collections.
6. Buyers will bear the cost of import tax, if any, according to the import tax rules prevailed in their country.
